Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair collected directly from a single donor, with the cuticles left fully intact and aligned. It has never been dyed, bleached, chemically treated, or steam processed, which means you get hair in its purest, most natural state.

Because each raw hair bundle is collected from a single donor, no two bundles will be identical. Natural variations in colour, undertone, and pattern are completely normal and are a key sign of authentic raw hair. These slight differences occur because the hair is 100% unprocessed, giving us limited control over exact colour matching—while ensuring you receive genuine, high-quality raw extensions every time

Because raw hair is so healthy and strong, it offers exceptional durability, blends seamlessly, and can be styled, coloured, and maintained just like your own.

Can our hair be coloured/dyed/bleached?

Yes, our raw hair extensions can be safely bleached and dyed to a wide range of vibrant or natural colours and can be coloured multiple times with proper care.

 For the best results and to protect the integrity of your raw hair, we always recommend using a professional colourist or salon that specialises in bleaching and colouring human hair extensions

How long do our extensions last?

Our raw hair extensions are tested to last 3+ years with proper care, thanks to their exceptional quality and durability. Whether you prefer high-maintenance routines or a simple, low-maintenance approach, your extensions will stay flawless as long as you care for them like your own hair. How many bundles will I need?

For shorter bob length hairstyles 14" and under we recommend 2 bundles, 

For lengths up to 22" we recommend 3 bundles,

For longer lengths past 22" we recommend 4 bundles

Can I apply heat on the Curly Textures?

Yes, our raw hair extensions can be straightened, curled, crimped, and styled however you desire. After washing, the hair will naturally return to its original texture, maintaining its quality and pattern. With proper care and heat protection, you can enjoy endless styling versatility while keeping your extensions healthy and beautiful

Do you only ship in the UK? How long does it take?

We ship worldwide with a tracked and signed delivery service

For all UK orders, standard delivery takes 1–5 working days for processing and dispatch. Please ensure that your shipping address matches the billing address on your payment method, as orders cannot be processed otherwise.

 For International orders, delivery may take 4–15 working days when placed before 5pm GMT.

Do you offer same day collection?

We also offer Local Collection (London, UK only).
Simply provide your shipping address at checkout as usual, and we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time and location. Local Collection orders are typically ready within 1–3 working days.

Collection times are:

Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 9am – 8pm

Weekends (Sat–Sun): 9am – 12pm
