The materials on Rair Hair’s website are provided “as is.” Rair Hair makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Rair Hair does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or results from the use of materials on this website or on any linked sites. Rair Hair accepts no liability for financial costs or fees incurred outside of this website.

TERMS OF SALE

Before placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to read our terms and conditions. By placing an order, you fully accept our terms regarding the sale of standard or customized items. All sales are final. Custom/pre-order items are made specifically for you and cannot be modified, cancelled, or exchanged once processing has begun. If a cancellation is accepted, a 15% fee may apply. Fraudulent orders or chargebacks will be pursued legally.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes on deliveries. Incorrect shipping addresses will result in the customer being responsible for re-delivery charges. Rair Hair is not liable for unattended deliveries or orders left in a “safe place” or at a collection point.

DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. UK standard deliveries take 1–5 working days to process. International deliveries may take 7–15 working days.

Local collection in London is available (Monday–Friday 9am–8 pm, Saturday–Sunday 9am–12 pm). Processing times for custom/pre-order items vary per product.

Shipping is via Royal Mail, USPS, FedEx, DPD, or DHL. Orders require 1–3 business days processing. Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified. Tracking information will be emailed once shipped. In case of lost or damaged parcels, customers must contact the courier and keep Rair Hair informed within 5 days of expected delivery.

RETURNS

We exercise strict quality control. Returns are only accepted if:

  • Items are returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items are in pristine, resalable condition, with curl patterns intact.

  • Seals are intact; lace items (wigs, closures, frontals) are unworn, uncut, and unmodified.

Custom products, coloured items, and services are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds/exchanges are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item. Store credit is valid for 12 months. Change-of-mind refunds are subject to a 4% payment processing fee.

PLACING AN ORDER

When placing an order, you provide personal information (name, email, billing and shipping addresses, phone number). Ensure all details are correct. Guest checkout orders can later be linked to a Rair Hair account for convenience and security. Maintain a secure password for your account.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of payment. We accept PayPal, Klarna, and LayBuy. Payment via Klarna is subject to their terms and data handling policies. Once the 30-minute window has passed, orders cannot be cancelled.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Subscriptions begin after initial payment and recur monthly until cancelled. Cancellations within 14 days are fully refunded. Cancellations after 14 days are non-refundable.

SUBMITTING CONTENT

By submitting reviews, images, videos, or other content, you grant Rair Hair a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your content in any media, including social media, advertising, and our website. Contributions must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe on third-party rights.

REVISIONS AND ERRATA

Rair Hair strives for accuracy in product descriptions, measurements, and images. Minor variations may occur as hair is ethically sourced from live human donors. No two bundles are exactly the same. Some hair may contain grey/white strands. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Rair Hair is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or its materials, including loss of data or profits.
